Military Trainer’s to fit workout program review

Awarded twice for being the most physically fit recruit in the military, ISSA certified personal trainer Ray Burton was asked to put together a fat loss system for his platoon in Bosnia to encourage rapid fat loss, and increase performance among overweight soldiers.
