Lightning Speed Fitness Program review

Monday, April 27th, 2009

Tried endless exercise routines and found none of them to be as successful as you hoped? Have you been inundated with recommendations that say you must buy expensive nutrients and relatives to help build your muscle tone?

If so, then you need to take at the Lightning Speed Fitness Program, an exercise and fitness toning regime that involves using very short, 1 to 5 minute exercise routines rather than having you work out vigourously over a long period of time. The reason for this is explained in the book, and it goes as far as saying that traditional exercise regimes – those that involve heavy workouts – actually reduce your ability to burn off body fat and tone your muscles rather than doing what they are meant to do. Furthermore, the Lightning Speed Fitness Program steers you away from those expensive and useless additives and nutrients, and does not include any supplements at all.

Written in a clear and concise manner by people who have much experience in the area, this guide is one that does not promise a miracle is well-defined and clearly laid out and is obviously being researched and tried to great lengths. It is easy to follow routine that even the novice fitness fanatic can get into, and one that is simple to fit into the rigours of a busy everyday routine. Waking up in the traditional manner may seem old hat when one gets used to the method outlined in this book, and you may well find yourself wondering why you have not tried this approach before.

If you are a long-time fitness fanatic or someone looking to take up working out as a hobby and way of keeping fit, then this book is for you; it is affordable and informative, and above all interesting and very useful indeed.

Turbulence Training review

Thursday, April 23rd, 2009

Finding the right exercise regime for you can often be very difficult, as there is so much advice and information available that you can find one contradicting another very often indeed. I recently took a look at a guide called Turbulence Training, and this is very interesting indeed because it told me things I didn’t know before.

In fact, it explains why excessive cardio training is not the best way to burn off fat and improve muscles, and gives excellent tips on what you should be doing as opposed to what most people think you should be doing; the revelations in this well produced and very interesting guide were quite startling to me as I had been using the same routine for many years only to be told that it was not the one I should be using. Of course, for a long time I had wondered why my exercise regime and dieting regime was not producing the results I have been told it would, and that Turbulence Training guide suddenly made it all become clear.

It is written by a men’s health experts called Craig Ballantyne, and he begins by outlining the regarding what you should and should not be doing to reduce body fat and increased muscle tone; I won’t go into too much detail here but to say that this was fantastic information to me would be understating the truth voice has changed my entire outlook on the way I exercise in what I aim for.

If you are expecting miracle results in a very short time then this is not the place to come, if you are looking for advice that honest and easy to follow, plus successful and straightforward than you need to read Turbulence Training for it is very honest and very straightforward indeed.
