Fatburning Furnace review

Friday, May 15th, 2009

Many of us find ourselves overweight at some point during our lives and the relentless information on how to burn off fat and lose weight. Some of it, however, proved to be less than useful, but from what I’ve read at Fatburning Furnace, I think I might have found one that is heading in the right direction.

Rather than encourage you to buy expensive and useless additives this program shows you how to exercise for just 45 minutes a week and lose inches off your waist while burning the fat that is excess in your body. It does so by showing you the correct and efficient ways of exercising, as the traditional methods you have been told elsewhere may in fact be hindering the rate at which you can burn the fat in your body.

This is no miracle guide, it is a straightforward and simple to understand book that explains to you what you should be doing, and what you should be eating, rather than trotting out the old heavy exercise regimes that take a lot of time and effort that do not produce the results.

Follow the instructions and information in Fatburning Furnace and you will soon find yourself burning off excess fat a great rate, for this guide shows you how to do it correctly and properly without the need for in-depth exercise machines and expensive additives. I like the look of this guide, especially when compared to some of the others that I’ve read, but it appears to me to be very simple and potentially very useful indeed.

Military Trainer’s to fit workout program review

Thursday, January 1st, 2009

Awarded twice for being the most physically fit recruit in the military, ISSA certified personal trainer Ray Burton was asked to put together a fat loss system for his platoon in Bosnia to encourage rapid fat loss, and increase performance among overweight soldiers. Results showed that not only did they lose weight, but they grew stronger and looked better overall.

Since that time, this Canadian trainer has helped more than 5300 men and women finally lose the pounds they wanted, that it’s previously did not appear possible to shed via other means. Also, these people were able to get in shape, regardless of what age, both young and old.

What happens most often with other programs, is that people stumble/or have incorrect beliefs about how to effectively lose weight, such as:

a) only requiring 45 minute cardio sessions
b) only eating less
c) only lifting weights for high reps
d) only eating less carbohydrates
e) and other inaccurate beliefs

With this fat burning system, members have access to the program created by Ray Burton that focuses on fat to fit. It is a three phased strategy that can be started by persons of all fitness levels. The goal is to achieve rapid fat loss, while creating the correct amount of muscle in the prep places.
